Our services
Aiders provides AI training, advisory and speaking services. We aim to deliver them with care and skill. The content we share is general in nature and intended to build understanding and capability - it is not financial, legal, or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make.
Bookings and payments
- Public workshop bookings and payments are handled by Eventbrite and are also subject to Eventbrite's terms.
- Corporate training, advisory and speaking engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include or exclude GST as stated at the point of sale.
Cancellations and refunds
For public workshops, our cancellation and refund terms are shown on the relevant Eventbrite listing. If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a transfer or refund. For tailored engagements, cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.
Intellectual property
Course materials, slides, handouts and website content are owned by Aiders or used under licence. You're welcome to use materials we give you for your own learning and within your organisation, but please don't resell or redistribute them, or run them as your own training, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please use our website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the site or other users.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the services is limited to re-supplying them or refunding their cost. We aren't liable for outcomes that depend on how you apply what you learn.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives here. Questions? Email info@aiders.com.au.
