Who we are

In this policy, “Aiders”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aiders, an AI training and consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. You can contact us any time at info@aiders.com.au.

We only collect what we need to provide our services. That may include:

• Contact details you give us - name, email, organisation - when you enquire, book, or subscribe.
• Enquiry content - what you tell us about your goals so we can respond helpfully.
• Usage data - basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this site is used (see our cookie policy).

Bookings and payments for public workshops are processed by Eventbrite, which collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver the training, advisory or speaking services you request.
• To send you information you've asked for, such as workshop dates or resources.
• To improve our content and services.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We will only send you marketing communications if you've opted in, and every such message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate - for example Eventbrite (bookings), our email and analytics providers - and only as needed. Where required, we ask them to protect your information to a standard consistent with this policy.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that's the case we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Just email info@aiders.com.au and we'll help.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
